RMA / Error report / Service
Use this service form and send it to support@streckkodscenter.se. Once you have received an RMA number, your case can be processed.
Returns
The product must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Returns should be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Email the return request together with the invoice to info@streckkodscenter.se.
- Send the item with approved return request and return number.
- After approved check, 90% of the invoice amount will be credited. Returns without approval will be returned and charged shipping.
14 days open purchase
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The product should be returned well packaged in the original carton according to the instructions above.

Refund policy
If the purchase is canceled, the amount will be refunded minus a 10% return handling fee within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
