Bonus Club Terms and Conditions

Here you can read the current terms and conditions that apply to Streckkods-Center’s Bonus Club. Our member pricing may apply to selected products available in our webshop.

Membership in the Bonus Club

As a member, you receive discounts during the calendar year and free telephone support for products purchased from us.

Membership is free of charge and personal.

Membership Access and Login

To access member prices, offers and Bonus Club benefits, the customer must be logged in to the webshop using their registered customer account and customer number.

Only purchases completed while logged in to the correct customer account qualify for member pricing and bonus benefits.

If you experience login issues or need help connecting your customer number, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

Parties and Registration

Membership is personal and linked to the account holder’s registered contact details.

Changes in address, email or phone number must be reported through our contact form or by phone at +46 (0)31-27 42 30.

Processing of Personal Data

By registering, the member consents to receiving relevant information and marketing by post, email, phone or SMS.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used only for administration of membership, customer communication and relevant offers.

Conditions

Only purchases made in our webshop qualify for member pricing.

Discounts and offers cannot normally be combined with other campaigns, special quotes or contract pricing unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits apply only while the account remains active and compliant with these terms.

Orders, Payments and Deliveries

All purchases are subject to Streckkods-Center’s general purchase and delivery terms valid at the time of order.

Prices, availability, delivery times and payment options may vary depending on product category and destination.

Returns and Claims

Returns, complaints and warranty matters are handled according to our ordinary customer service routines and applicable consumer or commercial legislation.

Membership in the Bonus Club does not affect your statutory rights regarding complaints or returns.

Changes to Terms

Current rules are published on streckkodscenter.se. Streckkods-Center reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days’ notice.

Termination of Membership

The agreement remains valid until terminated.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service.

Inactive memberships may be ended after 12 months without use.

Limitation of Liability

Streckkods-Center is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or interruptions resulting from temporary system issues, delayed updates or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Disputes

Any disputes should first be handled through customer service and, if required, under Swedish law in a Swedish court.

Force Majeure

Streckkods-Center is not responsible for circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.

These membership rules entered into force on October 1, 2023 and remain valid until further notice.
